1. Overview
Skinsflow Limited does not offer SkinsFlow to individuals or entities located in, established in, or ordinarily resident in certain high-risk or sanctioned jurisdictions. Access from these jurisdictions is prohibited and may be blocked.
2. Restricted jurisdictions
We currently prohibit use of SkinsFlow from the following jurisdictions, and from any region subject to comprehensive sanctions. This list is reviewed regularly and may change:
- Afghanistan
- Belarus
- Central African Republic
- Congo (DRC)
- Cuba
- Iran
- Iraq
- Libya
- Mali
- Myanmar
- North Korea
- Russia
- Somalia
- South Sudan
- Sudan
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Yemen
- Zimbabwe
- Ukraine — Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions
3. Sanctioned persons
Regardless of location, we prohibit use by any person or entity that is the target of sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada or the Republic of Seychelles, or that is owned or controlled by such a person or entity.
4. Merchants and their customers
Merchants must not offer a SkinsFlow checkout to customers in a restricted jurisdiction, and must block those customers where their own platform allows it. A merchant established in a restricted jurisdiction cannot open or keep a SkinsFlow account.
5. Enforcement
We check the country of every business and every verified person against this list, screen against sanctions lists during verification and afterwards, and may use IP geolocation and other signals. Attempting to get around these restrictions, for example with a VPN, false information or another person's account, is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in account closure, cancelled transactions and funds being held where the law requires it.
