When is the fee charged?
Once, at the moment a deposit is credited to your balance: when the trade completes, or when you release a protected deposit early. The fee is taken from the deposit's value, so what lands on your balance is already net.
Does the customer bonus change the fee?
No. The fee is calculated on the market value of the items you receive, not on the bonus amount you show your customer.
What happens if Steam returns the items?
Items under Steam Trade Protection can go back to the customer within seven days. If you waited for the hold to end, nothing was credited and nothing is charged. If you released the deposit early, the credited amount is taken back from your balance and no fee is kept.
In which currency is my balance?
US dollars. Customers can see prices in their own currency at checkout; every credit is converted to USD at the moment of the deposit.
Can I withdraw my balance?
Today you can spend it on skins from our market and send them to your customers. Payouts to a bank account or wallet are coming soon.

Is there a cost to get verified?
No. Business and identity verification are free. You can set up your sites and explore the dashboard before you're approved.
