Verify your business: documents you need

Before your projects can take payments, we verify the business. It is free, and most checks finish within one business day once everything is in.

Details we ask for

• Registered company name, registration number and date of incorporation
• Country of incorporation, company type and registered address
• Main website and what the business does
• Expected monthly volume and your main customer countries
• The director's full name, and every owner with 25% or more

Documents to upload

• Certificate of incorporation
• Articles or memorandum of association
• A register extract or certificate of incumbency, no older than 6 months
• Register of shareholders or an ownership chart
• An ID document of the director
• ID documents of owners with 25% or more
• Company proof of address
• Any licence the business holds, if it has one

JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files up to 10 MB each work best. Make sure every page is sharp and nothing is cut off.

Your own identity

The person who submits the business also verifies their identity. See Verify your identity.

After you submit

• Approved: your business goes live and your projects can be reviewed.
• More information needed: we tell you exactly what is missing. Fix it and submit again.
• Declined: we tell you why. Write to us through Support if you think we got it wrong.
