Team roles: who can do what
Invite your team and give each person only the access they need.
Add people to your business under Team. They need their own SkinsFlow account first. Then you add them by email and choose a role.
The roles
- Owner: everything. One per business, cannot be removed.
- Admin: everything except ownership: team, settings, money and keys.
- Developer: projects, API keys and webhooks. Sees payments.
- Finance: payments, early fund release and skin purchases. Sees projects.
- Viewer: read only.
Good practice
- Give each person the smallest role that lets them do their job.
- Ask everyone to turn on two-factor sign-in.
- Remove people as soon as they leave. Their access ends at once.
Owners and admins can add, change and remove members.
