Players top up with the skins they already hold. You get USD on your balance and a webhook for every payment.
Top-up stores sell small amounts, often, to players in many countries. That is exactly the traffic card processors are nervous about. Skins give those players a way to pay that does not depend on their bank.
The player chooses a top-up, pays with CS2, Dota 2 or Rust items and accepts one Steam trade. Your store receives a signed webhook and delivers the top-up. Values are fixed when the inventory loads, so the player knows exactly what they get.

How do I get started with a top-up store?
Open an account, add your store and complete the free business verification. You can connect the checkout and test it while verification runs.
Can I sell gift cards?
No. Selling stored value for other businesses, such as gift cards, vouchers or store credit for another company, is prohibited.
How fast is delivery?
As soon as the payment is final. Payments under Steam Trade Protection are delivered when the hold ends, or right away if you release them early.
What is Steam Trade Protection?
Steam can hold traded items for up to 7 days and return them to the customer in that window. SkinsFlow tracks every protected payment: it is credited automatically when the hold ends, or right away if you release it early because you trust the customer. If items go back after an early release, the amount comes off your balance and your site is told.
What does it cost?
SkinsFlow charges 2.5% of each credited payment. No setup fee, no monthly fee.
How do I get the money out?
Request a payout from your dashboard by crypto, SEPA, ACH, PayPal or Revolut once your business is verified, from $20. You can also spend your balance on skins from our market and send them to anyone with a Steam trade link.
