How fees work
One fee per credited deposit, taken before the money lands on your balance. No setup or monthly fees.
SkinsFlow charges a small fee on each deposit that is credited to your balance. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum volume. Current rates are on our pricing page.
When the fee is charged
Once, at the moment a deposit is credited: when the trade completes, or when you release a protected deposit early. The fee is taken from the deposit's US dollar value, so what lands on your balance is already net.
What costs nothing
- Failed or expired deposits. Nothing was credited, nothing is charged.
- Returned deposits. If Steam returns the items after you released a deposit early, the credited amount is taken back and no fee is kept.
- The checkout, embedding it on your site and instant updates.
- Business and identity verification.
The customer bonus
You can show customers more than their items are worth, for example a 10% bonus. The fee is still calculated on the value of the items you receive, not on the bonus.
Market purchases
Skins you buy on the market are paid from your balance at the market price. If your business has a market fee, it is shown before you buy.
