Your balance and when payouts come
Each project has its own US dollar balance. Here is how it moves, what "reserved" means and where payouts stand.
Every project has its own balance in US dollars. Each change to it is listed under Balance in your dashboard with the reason, the amount and the balance after it.
How money comes in
When a customer's deposit is credited, the item value minus our fee is added to the project's available balance. See How fees work.
Available and reserved
- Available is what you can spend right now.
- Reserved is money set aside for a skin purchase that is still in progress. When the purchase finishes, the actual price is charged and the rest goes back to available. If it fails, all of it goes back.
Payouts
Payouts to a bank account or wallet are coming soon. Until then your balance keeps growing, and you can spend it on skins from our market and send them to your customers. See Send skins with the market.
We will announce payouts in the dashboard when they are ready. We do not have a date to share yet.
