I can't see my items

Items missing at checkout? Check the game tab, your privacy settings and Steam trade locks.

If the checkout says it found no tradable items, or some items are missing, run through this list.

Quick checks

  1. Pick the right game. The tabs at the top switch between CS2, Dota 2 and Rust.
  2. Make your inventory public. See Make your Steam inventory public.
  3. Click Reload. Inventories are kept for a few minutes to keep the checkout fast. Reload fetches a fresh copy.
  4. Check the trade link. If you have more than one Steam account, make sure the link belongs to the one with your items. Use Use a different trade link to change it.

Items you just received

Steam puts a trade lock on items you bought or received recently. Locked items do not show up as usable until the lock ends, usually after a few days. Steam shows the date on each item in your inventory.

Items that are not tradable at all

Some items can never be traded, such as most items that came with a game or some event rewards. These never appear at checkout.
