My payment link expired
Payment links work for a limited time. If yours expired, the shop can give you a new one.
Every checkout link is made for one payment and works for a limited time, usually 24 hours, or until it is paid. After that it shows This payment link expired.
What to do
Go back to the shop and start the payment again. You get a new link with a fresh checkout.
Did I lose anything?
No. An expired link means nothing was traded. Your items are still in your inventory.
If you accepted a trade offer and the link expired afterwards, the payment is not lost. The shop can see it in its records. Contact the shop with your order number, or contact us.
