Why is my project pending review?
Every new project is checked before it can take payments. Most reviews finish within a business day.
When you add a project, it starts as pending. We look at the website behind it before it can take payments. This keeps the network safe for every merchant and customer.
What we check
- That the website is live and matches the business you verified.
- That what you sell is allowed under our Acceptable Use Policy.
- That you are not offering the checkout in a restricted country.
How long it takes
Usually within one business day. Your business needs to be verified first. If it is still waiting for verification, the project waits too.
What you can do while you wait
You can set up everything else: project settings, the customer bonus, webhook address and your API keys. Payment links and the checkout start working the moment the project is approved.
If a project is declined
We tell you why. Fix what is wrong, then reply to us through Support and we will look again.
