Game server, VPS and Discord bot hosting

Skins payments for game server and VPS hosting

Your clients are players. Let them renew game servers, VPS and bot hosting with skins, and have invoices marked paid automatically.

People who rent a Rust, CS2 or Minecraft server, a VPS for their community, or hosting for a Discord bot are players before they are customers. When the renewal invoice arrives, many would rather trade a few skins than dig out a card.

SkinsFlow adds a Pay with skins button to your invoices. With the WHMCS module, the client clicks it, picks CS2, Dota 2 or Rust items covering the balance due and accepts one Steam trade. The payment is recorded on the invoice automatically, and WHMCS unsuspends or renews the service as usual.

Payments are credited to your balance in USD after 2.5%; WHMCS records them in the invoice currency with the fee as the transaction fee, so your books match. Custom panels connect with the PHP or Node.js SDK.

The problem

What gets in the way today

Renewals that slip

A declined card at renewal means a suspended server, an unhappy community and a support ticket.

Young customers without cards

Many server owners are teenagers running a community. They have skins, not cards.

Manual payment checks

Off-platform payments mean someone matching transfers to invoices by hand.

Live market

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does it work with WHMCS?

Yes. The free WHMCS gateway module adds a Pay with skins button to every invoice and records payments automatically.

Can clients pay renewals automatically?

A Steam trade always needs the client to accept it, so renewals are paid when the invoice is due rather than charged in the background. WHMCS reminders work as usual.

In which currency is the invoice paid?

The payment is recorded in the invoice currency using your WHMCS rates. Your SkinsFlow balance is in USD.

What is Steam Trade Protection?

Steam can hold traded items for up to 7 days and return them to the customer in that window. SkinsFlow tracks every protected payment: it is credited automatically when the hold ends, or right away if you release it early because you trust the customer. If items go back after an early release, the amount comes off your balance and your site is told.

What does it cost?

SkinsFlow charges 2.5% of each credited payment. The module is free and there is no monthly fee.

How do I get the money out?

Request a payout from your dashboard by crypto, SEPA, ACH, PayPal or Revolut once your business is verified, from $20. You can also spend your balance on skins from our market and send them to anyone with a Steam trade link.
