How paying with skins works
Pay a shop with items from your Steam inventory in four short steps. Nothing leaves your inventory until you accept the trade offer.
Some shops let you pay with game items instead of a card. SkinsFlow runs that checkout for them. It takes a couple of minutes and you never hand over your Steam password.
The four steps
- Paste your Steam trade link. We use it to see your tradable items and to send you one trade offer. See Find your Steam trade link.
- Pick your items. Choose CS2, Dota 2 or Rust at the top, then tap the items you want to pay with. The total updates as you go.
- Accept the trade offer in Steam. We send you one offer with exactly the items you picked. Check it and accept it in Steam. The checkout page updates on its own.
- Done. The shop is told about your payment straight away and you are sent back to it.
Good to know
- Your items stay in your inventory until you accept the offer. If you close the page or decline the offer, nothing is taken.
- The value shown for each item is what it is worth at this checkout right now. Prices follow the market, so they can move a little from day to day.
- Some shops add a bonus on top of the item value. If they do, you see it next to the total before you send anything.
- The checkout belongs to the shop you are paying. Questions about your order, your balance there or what you bought go to that shop.
